ABOUT MIKE
Mike is an NASM certified personal trainer and has been climbing and training for climbing for over two years. His favorite aspects of the sport are experiencing the complex movements and continually overcoming fear. In addition to working at City Climb he runs Ascend Personal Training, an in-home personal training business. While not working or climbing, Mike enjoys hiking, yoga, and visiting breweries.
